Terms for using Carelins.

Carelins is provided to support resident care coordination, family reassurance, and care team communication. You must use Carelins only for lawful, authorized, and appropriate purposes.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for ensuring information entered into Carelins is accurate, appropriate, and shared only with authorized users.

Care organizations are responsible for their residents, staff, family users, records, workflows, and decisions made outside the service.

Carelins supports coordination and communication, but it is not a substitute for professional judgement, clinical decision-making, emergency response, or regulatory compliance by the care organization.

Organizations and users remain responsible for information, notes, messages, and records they submit through Carelins.

You must not submit information that you are not authorized to share, or use the service to communicate unlawful, misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Carelins may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or changed from time to time for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons.

We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of Carelins after updated Terms are posted or made available means the updated Terms apply.

The Carelins name, website, service design, software, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. No rights are transferred except as needed to use the service as permitted.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse Carelins unless expressly authorized in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carelins is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every care situation.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
